制作步骤

  1. 1. Wash and process the old yogurt
  2. 2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add mature vinegar and stir-fry the noodles until cooked, then add cold water
  3. 3. Drain the water from the aged vinegar noodles and put it into a large bowl
  4. 4. Add minced garlic, coriander and other garnishes and seasonings
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and other seasonings and mix well
  6. 6. Plate and serve
