Luliang stewed potatoes
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes (cut into chunks)
- 200 g pork belly (cut into chunks)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 scallions
- 1 star anise
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and cut the Luliang stewed potatoes into pieces, blanch them in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
