Shanxi Meatball Soup
Ingredients
- Pork stuffing 200g
- 10 meatballs
- 2 green vegetables
- 1 piece of tofu
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and process the meatballs
- 2. Add enough water to the pot, add Shanxi meatball soup and ginger slices
- 3. After the fire is boiled, skim off the foam.

- 5. Add salt to taste
