Ingredients
- 1 grass carp
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- vinegar 3 spoons
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the fish, score a few cuts on both sides, marinate with cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes
