Instructions

  1. 1. Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft. Drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil, stir-fry ground pork until crispy.
  3. 3. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and a cup of water.
  5. 5. Boil. Add salt to taste.
  6. 6. Add bok choy. Cook 1 minute.
  7. 7. Put rice noodles into boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
  8. 8. Drain the noodles. Spoon sauce and pork over noodles. Sprinkle green onions on top.
