Instructions

  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar and salt.
  2. 2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. 3. Add eggs and mix into dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough. Cut into small rounds.
  5. 5. Place rose petal jam in center.
  6. 6. Fold in half into a half-moon shape. Seal edges with a fork.
  7. 7. Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. 8. Bake at 180C for 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool and serve.
