- Rice noodles 300g
- Ground pork 100g
- Minced pork topping 100g
- Quail eggs 4
- Bean sprouts 50g
- Chives 50g (cut)
- Garlic 3 cloves (minced)
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili oil 1 tbsp
- Chicken broth 500ml
- Salt to taste
