Yunnan small-pot rice noodles are a popular street food where individual portions of rice noodles are cooked in small copper pots with a rich meat sauce and fresh vegetables.

- Rice noodles 300g
- Ground pork 100g
- Minced pork topping 100g
- Quail eggs 4
- Bean sprouts 50g
- Chives 50g (cut)
- Garlic 3 cloves (minced)
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili oil 1 tbsp
- Chicken broth 500ml
- Salt to taste
制作步骤
- 1. Prepare toppings: cook ground pork with garlic and soy sauce.
- 2. Boil quail eggs. Halve them.
- 3. Blanch bean sprouts.
- 4. Heat chicken broth. Season with salt.
- 5. Cook rice noodles in boiling water for 30 seconds.
- 6. Place noodles in bowl. Arrange toppings.
- 7. Ladle hot broth over everything.
- 8. Add chili oil and chives. Serve immediately.
