Instructions

  1. 1. Cut potatoes into thick pieces.
  2. 2. Heat oil and fry potato cubes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  3. 3. Remove potatoes. Leave 1 tbsp oil.
  4. 4. Add dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns.
  5. 5. Add garlic.
  6. 6. Return the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and cumin.
  7. 7. Add soy sauce and salt.
  8. 8. Stir evenly. Garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.
