- Lemon 2 (juiced)
- Tomato 1 (diced)
- Bird eye chilies 5
- Ginger 10g (julienned)
- Garlic 3 cloves (minced)

- Coriander 20g
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp
