Yunnan wild mushroom hot pot celebrates the incredible diversity of wild mushrooms from Yunnan forests, simmered in a simple broth to let the natural flavors shine.

- Mixed wild mushrooms 400g (porcini, chanterelle, termite mushroom, etc.)
- Chicken broth 1L
- Ginger 15g (sliced)
- Scallions 3
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Dried chili 2
- Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
制作步骤
- 1. Clean mushrooms thoroughly. Cut larger ones in half.
- 2. Bring chicken broth to boil with ginger and scallions.
- 3. Add harder mushrooms first. Simmer 5 minutes.
- 4. Add softer mushrooms.
- 5. Add garlic and dried chili.
- 6. Simmer 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- 7. Season with soy sauce and salt.
- 8. Serve in a hot pot. The broth should be fragrant and earthy.
