Ingredients
- Lijiang cured pork ribs 600g
- White radish 300g (cut chunks)
- Ginger 15g (sliced)
- Scallions 3
- Dried chili 3
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Coriander for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Soak cured ribs in cold water 1 hour to reduce saltiness.
- 2. Blanch ribs 3 minutes. Rinse.
- 3. Cut radish into chunks.
- 4. Bring water to boil with ribs, ginger and scallions.
- 5. Simmer 40 minutes until ribs are tender.
- 6. Add radish chunks and dried chili.
- 7. Simmer 15 minutes until radish is soft.
- 8. Season with salt and white pepper. Garnish with coriander.
