🛒 Ingredients
- For the dough: 200 g all-purpose flour, 80 g butter, 80 g lard, 80 ml water
- For the filling: 100 g dried rose petals, 50 g honey, 50 g sugar, 30 g toasted sesame seeds, 30 g chopped walnuts
- 1 egg yolk for egg wash
