Ingredients
- 200 g jizong mushrooms (termite mushrooms)
- 150 g songrong (matsutake), sliced
- 100 g niugan (ox liver mushroom), sliced
- 100 g qingtoujun (green head mushroom)
- 100 g dried shrimp for stock base
- 1 free-range chicken thigh, for stock
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 scallions
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- Salt to taste
- Dipping sauce: soy sauce, chili, garlic, cilantro
