Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the rice for 4 hours.
  2. 2. Grind the soaked rice with water into a smooth batter.
  3. 3. Strain batter through fine sieve.
  4. 4. Pour a thin layer of batter into a greased pan.
  5. 5. Steam over high heat for 3 minutes until solidified.
  6. 6. Remove and cool slightly. Cut into strips or squares.
  7. 7. Dip in soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and chili oil and serve.
